Some great advice in here Tarun, and I hate to be ‘that guy’ but the sketches in this article. actually confuse matters, I think ‘good designers use visuals consistently to reinforce a point, bad designers interchange visuals to cause confusion ;) Real difficult to tell who the good designer is, who’s the bad, when both are either or neither, I’d pick one for all the good designer points (use the girl!) and one for all the bad, it’ll make it easier to understand throughout :)
