Hi Emma, great read thank you, I’ve recently moved back In-house, and this sentence leapt out at me as a red flag. My profile has been developing over the last couple of years and I definitely want to keep that trajectory going in 2019. Do you have any tips on how to maintain/manage that whilst working in house?
